Automatically switch between local and whole house stereos - the ABW enables safe switching between 2 amplifiers automatically. The ABW passes through amplifier A when amplifier B is off. As soon as amplifier B is turned on, it's signal takes precedence and is routed to the speakers.

Ideal for bedroom and den installations where a single pair of inwall speakers is being used by both the local and whole house stereo systems.

The ABW Auto 3 is fitted with a video trigger so that as soon as you turn on the local cable box, the ABW will sense the video stream and switch the amplifier over to the local sound system. When the cable box is turned off, the audio switches back over to the whole house system.
